Erinn C. Cameron is a first-generation university student and a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at Fielding Graduate University. Her dissertation 'Stigma, Female Identity, and Cannabis Use for Women with Chronic Pain' was successfully defended in February, 2022. She is currently a 2022-2023 behavioral health resident-clinical psychology intern in the Integrated Behavioral Health track at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She was recently awarded the Feminist Africa research and publishing award for 2022-2025 for her work investigating the feminist struggles around violence against women and climate change in Sub-Saharan Africa. Her ongoing research and clinical work focus on human rights, gender inequality, climate change, modern slavery, and women’s health. She currently serves on the APA Division 52 board and the International Council of Psychologists board. Erinn is also Co-Chair of the APA Division 52 Scientific Committee for Cross Cultural Research and an inaugural member of the APA Divsion 52 International Environmental Justice Committee. She is Editor of the International Psychology Bulletinand The International Psychologist. Erinn is passionate about teaching diverse students of all abilities and is a prolific researcher and writer.
